We disclose personal information in good faith only as required to effect payment for goods purchased, protecting our legal rights or as required by law. If we share your personal information for one of these purposes we will only do so if that party has agreed to comply with this Privacy Policy. If there is a change of ownership or control of C.DESIGN customer information, which may include your personal information, could be transferred to the purchaser. This would be only under a confidentiality agreement noting and adhering to this Privacy Policy.

We will endeavour to use third party providers that have similar, or better, privacy protection than we implement. In the unlikely event there is a breach of our security if it is determined your personal information is compromised, we will promptly notify you as required by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
